Several participants of the COST Action TRANSCOLONCAN have contributed to the latest special issue of Molecular Aspects of Medicine "New insights on the molecular aspects of colorectal cancer":

This special issue reflects different areas of expertise included in TRANSCOLONCAN consortium, such as genetics, bioinformatics, cell and molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, biostatistics, epidemiology and the health economy. It includes up-to-date reviews in the fields of epidemiology, germline predisposition, functional genomics, Mendelian randomization, copy number alterations, somatic mutational signatures, methylation, microbiome, circulating biomarkers and immunotherapy.
